Warming Up — What are you eating?

"You are what you eat." We've all heard that saying, and now it's your chance to explore just how true that is. Try recording everything you eat and drink for three days. You'll probably be a little bit surprised at what you find when you see it all written down on paper. Do you think you are drinking enough water? Eating enough fruits and vegetables? How much junk food and sugar did you gulp down?

With a partner, make a pie chart or graph of the different foods and fluids you took in. It might be time to reconsider what your body needs. For more info on your nutritional requirements, check these websites.
